About the Role

The Supervising Producer will oversee the creative and production department, overseeing all video content. They will traffic projects through different stages of production, managing internal and external video editors talent and creators. They will provide support to junior producers, offering guidance on production issues. Where necessary they will liaise with talent and crew, as well as manage freelancers when additional resource is required. At times, they will function as a lead agency producer for larger projects and campaigns.


The Supervising Producer will work closely with the management team on resourcing, processes, production capacity and overall level of creative output.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure production processes and workflows are adhered too and implement new ones where required

  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget, communicating when this isn’t possible

  • Run traffic meetings and keep across production workflow

  • Use Monday.com to track everything from budgets to capacity

  • Manage freelancers and liaise with talent

  • Working with the Creative Director to assemble the right teams for projects

  • Produce occasional campaigns end to end

  • Guide junior staff when required

  • Contribute to a positive atmosphere, balancing high performance with wellbeing

About You

You have at least 5 years working as a producer working in video or social content, as well as some experience in traffic management.

You understand all elements of video production and are used to traffic large volumes of work without letting things slip through the cracks.

You’re a whizz with budgets and timelines and are able to adapt. You know when to flag problems but you come with solutions.

You are passionate about vertical video and social storytelling.

You have an understanding of the type of content that performs well in social environments, particularly on TikTok.

You have a solid understanding of the rules and processes of production but know when they need to be broken.

You look for production efficiencies and creative opportunities at the same time.

You’re unflappable. You are able to expect the unexpected and work in an agile fashion, open to the challenges brought by clients and algorithms.

You enjoy a blended role, between hands-on production and hands off management.

You’re passionate about preserving the energy of the creative department and are able to adjust workloads as required to ensure all our team are performing at their peak.

You’re an excellent communicator who can relay feedback in a succinct, clear and kind fashion and know when to be assertive and have tough conversations.
