About the Role

We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering first class campaigns in a creative, social or influencer agency environment, and excels at delivering on brand clients needs. You will know the influencer and social space, and be immersed in and keen to learn more about what brands are doing on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, as well as new formats on these platforms e.g. Reels, you will also be passionate about pop culture and trends and following hundreds of creators and influencers.

You will be comfortable running influencer campaigns from end to end from talent discovery through to insights and reporting, and have a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem in Australia.

You will work closely with our creatives, producers and freelancers, and plan and develop engaging internet-first creative campaigns, you’ll need to have a strong insight on why brands should embrace influencers and social platforms such TikTok, and articulate how our Good Sugars model can help brands develop top performing (and viral) creative and content online.
We’re a small but fast growing, ambitious business and we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial streak in a role with huge growth prospects.
This is a Melbourne based hybrid role.

Requirements

As Social and Influencer Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering Internet-first creative solutions which would include production, social media (paid or organic) and influencer marketing

  • Writing proposals and pitching

  • Managing key client relationships within our existing client portfolio

  • Cultivate relationships with and onboarding new prospective clients

  • Planning and delivering sponsored content solutions for Rainbow History Class

  • Proactively work to identify and secure longer term partnerships and retainer deals

  • Job tracking, invoicing and internal reporting

Experience and requirements:

  • We’re looking for around 2 years experience within the advertising / influencer marketing industry, but this can be more or less for the right candidate.

  • Prior experience working with brands directly and with some pre-existing relationships in brands, a solid network on LinkedIn is advantageous.

  • Some experience of managing or working with a wider team to deliver a project including copywriters, art directors, designer and editors.

  • Used to working with targets.

  • Delivered some good case studies in the Creative, Social Media and Content or Influencer Marketing space.

  • A good track record in account growth and impressive results in Social Media, Content or Influencer Marketing space.
