About the Role
This is a key management role at Snack Drawer working with the leadership team, and we are looking for someone who has experience in leading successful brand or communications campaigns and content strategy at an Account Director / Business Director or Group Account Director level. You will have a successful track record of delivering first class campaigns in a creative, social or influencer agency environment, and excel at understanding and delivering on brand clients needs. You will know the influencer and social space well, have a good working knowledge of what brands are doing on social, as well as new formats on these platforms e.g. Reels. You will also be passionate about pop culture and trends.
You will bring leadership to our team of creatives, producers and freelancers, and plan and develop engaging internet-first marketing campaigns, you’ll need to have a strong insight on why brands should embrace influencers and social platforms, and understand how our Good Sugars model can help brands develop top performing (and viral) creative and content online.
We’re a small but fast growing, ambitious business and we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial streak in a role with huge growth prospects, who will support us as we level up.
To that end you won't be afraid to get your hands dirty even if that means jumping on the tools from time to time.

Roles and Responsibilities
You will lead a dynamic and high performing client services team responsible for campaign strategy, delivery and post campaign reporting insights across a diverse range of clients. Our global client portfolio ranges across Entertainment, Health and Wellbeing, FMCG, government, education, beauty and fashion sectors. You will be responsible for developing best in market solutions, and executing campaigns.
This role is an opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and the Chief Creative Officer at an exciting stage of business growth, to manage and grow key clients, as well as onboard new brand clients.

As head of partnerships, you will be responsible for:
Leadership of our staff on a daily basis
Planning and delivering Internet-first creative solutions
Managing key client relationships within our existing client based and with new business discussions.
Cultivate relationships with new prospective clients
Writing proposals and pitching
Job costing and tracking
Proactively work to identify and secure longer term partnerships and retainer deals
Constructing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts and deals
Overseeing deal profitability working with the Managing Director
We’re looking for 5+ years experience within the advertising / influencer marketing industry, but this can be more or less for the right candidate.
Prior experience working with brands directly and have some good pre-existing relationships in brands, must have a solid network.
Some experience of managing a team, including targets and supporting the personal development of team members. This role has 2 + direct reports.
Strong case studies in the Creative, Social Media and Content or Influencer Marketing space,

Office Hours: Flexible - we will typically do 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
