About the Role
We’re looking for a HR professional with 3 years + experience in a people and culture role, with some experience spent ideally at an advertising or media agency, a tech / startup or media environment.
You will work closely with our leadership team to plan and implement a people and culture programme aligned to our strategy. We are a start up of 2 years which has scaled to 15 people in that duration, with ambitious growth plans. You will be joining as the sole HR role in the organisation, with the ability to grow the team as the business scales.
We’re a small but fast growing, ambitious business with a diverse team, and we are looking for someone who can help us scale our business as we grow our team of “Snackies” significantly in the next 3 years.

Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Creating and implementing people and culture plan aligned to our strategy
Promoting our Good Sugars strategy internally and externally
Working with recruiter partners as we scale our business
Creation and publishing of Employee Handbook
HR point person for staff
Undertaking job interviews and candidate screening
Implementation of our diversity and inclusion policy
Designing and implementing on objective or OKR setting programming
Overseeing people reviews
Overseeing back office matters such as leave, contracting etc
Experience and requirements:
We’re looking for around 3 years experience within the advertising / media or tech / start up world.
Tertiary qualified in a Human Resources, Psychology, or Business field;
Natural management skills, plus default ability to engage with people at all levels
Experience of HR processes
Presentation and commercial skills

Office Hours: Flexible - we will typically do 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
