Head of Partnerships

Melbourne / Hybrid

This is a key management role at Snack Drawer working with the leadership team, and we are looking for someone who has experience in leading successful brand or communications campaigns and content strategy at an Account Director / Business Director or Group Account Director level. You will have a successful track record of delivering first class campaigns in a creative, social or influencer agency environment, and excel at understanding and delivering on brand clients needs. You will know the influencer and social space well, have a good working knowledge of what brands are doing on social, as well as new formats on these platforms e.g. Reels. You will also be passionate about pop culture and trends.

You will bring leadership to our team of creatives, producers and freelancers, and plan and develop engaging internet-first marketing campaigns, you’ll need to have a strong insight on why brands should embrace influencers and social platforms, and understand how our Good Sugars model can help brands develop top performing (and viral) creative and content online.

We’re a small but fast growing, ambitious business and we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial streak in a role with huge growth prospects, who will support us as we level up.

Social and Influencer Campaign Manager

Melbourne VIC, Australia

We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering first class campaigns in a creative, social or influencer agency environment, and excels at delivering on brand clients needs. You will know the influencer and social space, and be immersed in and keen to learn more about what brands are doing on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, as well as new formats on these platforms e.g. Reels, you will also be passionate about pop culture and trends and following hundreds of creators and influencers.

You will be comfortable running influencer campaigns from end to end from talent discovery through to insights and reporting, and have a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem in Australia.

You will work closely with our creatives, producers and freelancers, and plan and develop engaging internet-first creative campaigns, you’ll need to have a strong insight on why brands should embrace influencers and social platforms such TikTok, and articulate how our Good Sugars model can help brands develop top performing (and viral) creative and content online.

Supervising Producer

Melbourne VIC, Australia

The Supervising Producer will oversee the creative and production department, overseeing all video content. They will traffic projects through different stages of production, managing internal and external video editors talent and creators. They will provide support to junior producers, offering guidance on production issues. Where necessary they will liaise with talent and crew, as well as manage freelancers when additional resource is required. At times, they will function as a lead agency producer for larger projects and campaigns.


The Supervising Producer will work closely with the management team on resourcing, processes, production capacity and overall level of creative output.

People and Culture Manager

Melbourne VIC, Australia

We’re looking for a HR professional with 3 years + experience in a people and culture role, with some experience spent ideally at an advertising or media agency, a tech / startup or media environment.

You will work closely with our leadership team to plan and implement a people and culture programme aligned to our strategy. We are a start up of 2 years which has scaled to 15 people in that duration, with ambitious growth plans. You will be joining as the sole HR role in the organisation, with the ability to grow the team as the business scales.

Chief of Staff (Providing Services to Netflix Client)

Melbourne VIC, Australia

You will be the point person who is responsible for driving conversation for Netflix ANZ across socials (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and podcasts) whilst keeping it on budget and on brand.

You will be the main point of contact for our Netflix client, and will be across all details big and small. You will be able to provide answers and solutions on big picture matters such as budgets, team performance and structure, new initiatives, channel performance and results vs KPIs and proactive ideas.

You will also be someone who can address day-to-day matters such as ensuring any reactive ideas are actioned, resource blockages, and understand the sentiment online.

Editorial Lead (Providing Services to Netflix Client)

Melbourne VIC, Australia

You will work closely with the Netflix Client to set the editorial vision and angle across the Netflix ANZ social media and editorial channels.

You will work in tandem with the Chief of Staff on the Netflix account to implement the editorial direction across all content, and take the team of dedicated Netflix ANZ account creators along with you on your journey.

You will manage a roster of freelance writers, managing the budget, briefing and editing their work to ensure it’s the best take on TV possible.

You will manage the Netflix ANZ Twitter account through providing thoughtful commentary that showcases the best of the Australian and New Zealand film industries.

You will oversee push copy on social media posts to ensure there is no editorial touchpoint left overlooked.

Creator (Providing Services to Netflix Client)

Melbourne VIC, Australia

You will be a high-performing creator in the engine of the Netflix account, taking responsibility for creating relevant, engaging and timely content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will attend regular brainstorms, generate ideas and work with other creators to execute them perfectly. This might involve researching for the right clips, making scene lifts, cutting TikToks together, adding captions, coming up with push copy and collaborating with other creators.
